The Lodge quickly became the fastest growing Lodge in Virginia.  It now has 325 current members from 34 different states and four foreign countries.

The Lodge has received dispensations to meet at many battle sites such as Gettysburg, PA; Antietam, MD; Richmond, Chancellorsville, Fredericksburg, Appomattox, Harpers Ferry, WV; Charleston, SC, New Bern, NC; Fort Gaines, AL; and at Civil War prison sites such as Point Lookout, MD and Pea Patch Island, DE with local expert tour guides.

Yasha Beresiner, a Past Master and licensed walking tour guide of London, and members of Quatuor Coronati Lodge, toured Masonic sites of London, and attended several meetings and were guests at a reception in the Grand Lodge Building of the United Grand Lodge of England.
