W. J. Baumbach Expands, Adds Vienna Office W. J. Baumbach Inc., long a leader in northern Virginia’* plumbing trade, has opened a new service branch for the convenience of customers in Vienna and the surrounding area of Fairfax County. The branch is at 167 E. Maple Ave. The firm, headed by W. J. Baumbach, who founded it 32 years ago, is one of the few In the metropolitan area that features prompt, efficient, plumbing services ' available anywhere in northern Virginia, 24 hours a day,, seven days a week. Mr. Baumbach is particularly proud of his fleet of bright-ly-colored radio- equipped trucks, equipped to take care of any plumbing, heating or electrical service need, each truck manned by a competent, bonded mechanic. While the new Vienna branch office of W. j. Baumbach Inc. is small, a visit to the firm's main location at 4147 Wilson Blvd., opposite Parkington in Arlington, reveals the largest displays in northern Virginia of plumbing supplies and fixtures, and related appliances such as kitchen ranges, air conditioners, and all sorts of materials and work benches with tools for those who like to “do it yourself." G. A, Tribby, general sales manager of the firm, says that the 40,000 sq. ft. of display space at the Wilson Blvd. location Is designed to welcome shoppers and information seekers who want to examine and compare for themselves the equipment they may buy. The rapidly-growing Baumbach firm expects that its next sendee, branch will be in Springfield, where its trades already make frequent service calls.
